Do you cater all dietary requirements?

Yes, we can accommodate all dietaries apart from celiac and nut allergies as we work in a kitchen that uses gluten & nuts. We can provide gluten-free options and no-nuts options.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

We just require a 20% deposit to secure your date. Dates and prices are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We are now booking over a year in advance. Christmas season is fully booked by August.

how far do you travel for catering?

We have travelled up and down the South Island to cater events. For events outside of 15kms of central Christchurch we charge a transport fee.

do you need power for my off-the-grid venue?

No, we are an off-the-grid catering company so we can bring our own generator to power our setup.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

We include all plateware and cutlery.

what type of service do you provide?

We serve on a dressed grazing table for self-service for our pizza packages. We provide the plates & cutlery along with the table & service utensils. For our Asado BBQ packages, you can opt to have further service to include a french-platter served to your tables for over 70 people.

do you provide tastings?

We don’t offer tastings but we do have our Base Pizza at Little High Eatery and Uber for you to try our pizzas. We also have a number of popup events, such as our Fire and Feast where you can get a taste for our Asado BBQ and what we do.

Why do you charge per person, rather than per pizza?

We charge per person as we provide rolling service for approximately two hours. This ensures we can deliver food hot and fresh for your guests. Many companies just prepare off-site and dump and go, but our team are onsite for the duration of the event. As consumption varies by event we want to ensure that you have adequate pizza numbers and cater for your dietary guests. Prices also include our prep time, transport (up to 15kms), staff are usually on site 2 hours before service, setup & service, packdown, preparation of plates/cutlery and dishwashing of plates/cutlery.

what are your minimum numbers?

We have a minimum of 50 people, in order for us to bring our vehicles to you off-site.

i loved fire & feast, can i have a similar event for my company?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a corporate package for a private Fire & Feast, get in touch for a quote.

DO YOU ALLOW US TO SUPPLY OUR OWN MEAT?

Yes, occasionally we can if your meat is sent to one of our affiliated butchers so we can review the meat at least one month before your event. Specific terms apply so do get in touch in the first instance.
