Fire & Feast returns in 2026 with a brand-new setting: the award-winning Greystone Winery in Waipara. This is the first year we bring our signature open-flame dining experience to this stunning North Canterbury vineyard and it’s set to be our most magical edition yet.

Fire & Feast brings together the culinary brilliance of Crisp & Vale and Food by Fire, with chefs Hannah Crisp and Josh Hunter crafting an incredible menu that celebrates bold flames, seasonal ingredients, and immersive, sensory dining.

To elevate the atmosphere, Element Tipis will create a breathtaking pop-up venue featuring Nordic tents warmed by fires - the perfect backdrop for an evening of flavour, connection, and discovery.

Expect live music, phenomenal food, great company, and drinks from some of the region’s finest brewers, winemakers, and distilleries (to be announced soon).
