We use flames to fuel an epic shared menu in any location featuring a shared feast of your choice of meat selections paired with epic seasonal sides. We bring the flavour to dishes with whole cuts, whole vegetables and chef prepared sauces & finishing touches. We are a far cry from your traditional minted peas and warm reheated meats, if you want flavour in your catering, Food by Fire is the fit for you.
Our Head Chef Josh Hunter, is with you for the whole journey and ensures your food becomes a highlight of your day, and your dietary guests are covered.

BBQ Chicken with Charred pumpkin seed Sauce and Pickles
Woodfired Whole Market Fish, Fennel slaw, Fennel Bouillabaisse sauce
Wood Roasted whole Root Vegetables, Whipped Tahini, Zhug green chilli sauce. v
5 hour coal roasted Cabbage, Kiwi Dukka, Charred Spring onion buttermilk cream. v
Whole Ribeye beef, Leek ash, Black currant Beef Jus
Whole Roast Duck, Blood Orange Duck Sauce
Whole hind Leg of Venison, Black berry sauce
Roast Lamb Shoulder w Harrisa
Fire roasted Manuka smoked p cauliflower w caramelised onion Soubise & nut mix ( VG DF GF)
OPTIONAL: ADD-ON a whole hog or whole lamb cooked low and slow all day

Seasonal Salad - Summer Slaw. Crisp radish, cabbage, roasted pepitas, roasted capsicum, coriander (or mint), red onion with apple cider, mustard, pepper dressing
DESSERT MENU
Base Food by Fire’s desserts bring together the best flavours, still featuring fire at the core. From toasting your own S’mores to tucking into campfire pudding with seasonal stone fruit, there’ll be something for everyone. Desserts are served family style for guests to dig in.
DIY S’mores
Toast our house marshmellows over flames, dipped & sandwiched between biscuits. A fun experience for all!
Tiramisu
Our infamous take on tiramisu - layers of sponge, soaked in coffee with marscapone, topped with chocolate.
Campfire Pud
Our take on bread and butter pudding cooked over the fire with a charcoal custard .
Mousse & Charred fruit
White chocolate & yogurt mousse with ginger crumb and seasonal fire-roasted fruit.
