The in house custom fabricated barbecue’s are fully mobile and completely off grid, meaning we can travel anywhere across the South Island and cook in places traditional catering simply can’t. From remote properties and back-country locations to weddings, private events, festivals and large-scale celebrations—we bring the fire, the food and the full setup with us.
